"Thorough, knowledgable, completely great! I had gotten the runaround from another contractor through my home warranty, so I finally got permission to find my own contractor. I called Nelson's HVAC because a friend recommended them. They came out on a weeknight, even though I didn't call them until 4 pm! They immediately saw what was wrong and kept working to make sure there weren't other problems (which there were, of course). I will not use anyone else, these guys are great!"
