Our Plan to Take Care of You All Year Long

Our Gold Preferred Service Policy involves two planned maintenance checks throughout the year. One maintenance check will be for the heating, while the second will be for the cooling mode of your HVAC system. Our policy is issued on a per system basis.

  • Waived emergency diagnostic service charges
  • Priority emergency service, with fast response even on evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Priority scheduling for all maintenance and service calls — policy members are always serviced first
  • 10% discount on parts
  • Inspection of accessories on the covered HVAC system (humidifier, electronic air cleaner, condensate pump, etc.)

 

This policy is designed to keep your system running efficiently year-round while saving you money on repairs and giving you peace of mind with priority service when you need it most. Regular maintenance is also required by most manufacturers to keep warranties active, and this plan ensures those maintenance needs are met. In households with multiple HVAC systems, all systems must be enrolled in the program to fully access the benefits.
