Similar to a car, a heating or cooling unit needs regular maintenance to ensure that it’s functioning as efficiently as possible. Also like a car, one of those units is a big investment, and it’s important to take care of that investment. We’ve seen bad cases where maintenances have been pushed aside and it’s not pretty. We highly recommend 2 maintenance checks a year. One should be done in the spring and the other in the fall as you change back and forth between your heating and cooling units.
